Ramp Seminar Goals
Utilizing the Fundamental Needs for a Culture of Belonging framework, RAMP will be based on four pillars:
- Promote Care & Collaboration by cultivating RELATIONSHIPS in the Division as well as across campus
- Develop a culture of ACCOUNTABILITY by Allowing Participation and empowering Division team members
- Ensure Understanding that allows team members to turn learning into action through the MASTERY of critical skills
- Assure that the student voice informs the PURPOSE of the Division and its team members
With these goals in mind the planning group will ask participants to provide feedback that can assess the achievement of these goals as well as divisional needs and desire for future professional development programming.
