Ramp Seminar Goals
The RAMP planning group has articulated, and the divisional leadership has endorsed the following mission:
- Cultivate relationships in the Division as well as across campus.
- Develop a culture of accountability by empowering Division team members.
- Provide an atmosphere of talent development that allows for the mastery of critical skills.
- Ensure that the student voice informs the purpose of the Division and its team members.
With these goals in mind the planning group will ask participants to provide feedback that can assess the achievement of these goals as well as divisional needs and desire for future professional development programming.
